Happy Easter
Chris and I are going over to my sister's tomorrow for Easter Dinner, and I offered to bring CAKE! This is carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and flaked coconut tinted with NEON food coloring.

Fun cake! And I like the jelly beans around the edges of the plate :).
